Shipping chocolate items:
During the hot summer months, there is risk that chocolate items will suffer from melting. Please choose below if you want us to ship and you will accept all risk of melting once the product leaves our facility.
Shipping Policy:
- We have a minimum 1 -2 day processing time, once you have placed your order. Larger orders may require a longer processing time. For larger orders, please contact us at contact@chenezspopcorn.com.
- We ship Tuesday – Saturday
- There are many things that are out of our control once your package leaves our shop including but not limited to:
- Errors inputting the address (please double check the address the package is going to)
- USPS errors (you will receive tracking number on every order)
- Weather and other events that may slow the delivery of packages in your area.
- You will receive a tracking number so you can track your order from the time it leaves our shop until it hits your hands.
- We do NOT make any money on shipping any of our products. Shipping is expensive enough!!
