We have a minimum 1 -2 day processing time, once you have placed your order. For larger orders, processing times may be longer and you can contact us directly at contact@chenezspopcorn.com.
We ship Tuesday – Saturday
There are many things that are out of our control once your package leaves our shop including but not limited to:
- Errors inputting the address (please double check the address the package is going to)
- USPS errors (you will receive tracking number on every order)
- Weather and other events that may slow the delivery of packages in your area.
You will receive a tracking number so you can track your order from the time it leaves our shop until it hits your hands.
We do NOT make any money on shipping any of our products. Shipping is expensive enough!!
