Caramel Coconut Fundraising

Oh, baby!!! Certain girl scout cookies are a favorite in our house, especially the Samoa! We just had to experiment with this one!

We took our homemade caramel corn and just covered it with coconut and drizzled it with milk chocolate.

If you’re a coconut freak and could eat a whole box of those cookies go for the big bag!!

Ingredients:

Popcorn, Coconut Oil, Coconut, Butter, Corn Syrup, Sugar, Salt, Vanilla, milk chocolate (sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernel, and hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils), nonfat dry milk, cocoa, milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, and salt. (May contain or contacted milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, Wheat and Soybeans)
