Returns Policy

Chenez’s Popcorn produces the highest quality of gourmet popcorn and your satisfaction is truly our primary goal. Due to our quality standards and the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on consumable products. However…. We handcraft our popcorn daily, in small batches, to ensure freshness. If you are not 100% pleased with your popcorn, please let us know right away and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.  We are very down to earth people and pride ourselves on friendly relationships with all our customers. We typically will offer replacement or store credit. All orders are made fresh as we receive orders for shipping. Replacements will be given priority but are typically shipped within 24-hours of receipt of the request.  Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours with any concerns, using any of these convenient methods:
